JEFFREY
GITT, PRINCIPAL / OWNER - has enjoyed a long,
distinguished career covering every aspect of the real
estate business. In his 35 years of experience, he has
amassed tremendous production volume, worth many millions
of dollars. Considerable interest in 1031 exchanges captured
Mr. Gitt’s attention in 2002. Recognizing a distinct
need in the marketplace, Jeff created a niche business
that would pair buyers and sellers together on a national
scale. 1031-NNN-Properties was born and it soon became
one of the premiere companies of its kind. In its first
year of business alone the new company concluded over
$80 million in commercial sales –consisting primarily
of triple-net 1031 exchanges. Jeff has forged relationships
with many primary developers and affluent triple net owners
throughout the country.

STEVE
SELIGSOHN, PRINCIPAL / PRESIDENT
has over 20 years experience in commercial real estate
and has completed investment sales totaling over $500
million with a focus on triple-net investments. Steve
began his career as a CPA with an international firm,
enabling him to bring an extensive knowledge of finance
to each transaction. Major corporate and institutional
clients served include: Washington University, (one of
the nations wealthiest teaching institutions) and its
School of Medicine (over 2.0 million sq. ft. in transaction
volume), AT&T, The Equitable, NationsBank and Private
Client Group, TIAA-CREF (Teachers Annuity) and hundreds
of high net-worth individuals throughout the U.S

PAUL
SELIGSOHN, SR. VICE PRESIDENT
Paul has been in the real estate industry for a number
of years specializing in assisting investors, sellers,
and 1031 exchange buyers in selling and replacing property
to meet their individual needs. Paul works on a nationwide
basis with an emphasis in restaurant property sales, including
Casual Dining and Fast Food for both NNN & NN property.
His many accomplishments include being an adjunct professor
at MIT, member of both the Gemini and Apollo space programs
and developer of aircraft and weaponry for the US Navy.

KRISTEN
BACON, SR. VICE PRESIDENT
Kristen has 10 years experience in financial markets/commercial
real estate. She attended Colorado State University in
Colorado Springs, CO. Before joining us, Kristen worked
for Fortune 500 company Smith Barney, a division of Citi-Group
for 5 years as a syndicate coordinator for Initial Public
Offerings. Her extensive background in the primary and
secondary financial markets makes her an invaluable asset
in determining and delivering the best solutions to fit
our clients needs.

HOWIE
KREMER, VICE PRESIDENT
-Howie specializes in assisting investors and sellers
on a nationwide basis. Recent transactions have included
a wide array of tenants with an emphasis on Dollar General,
Advanced Auto and various credit-tenant restaurants. Howie
brings an in-depth knowledge of the retail market place;
economic trends and has the ablilty to facilitate all
facets of a transaction. Howie Graduated from Bradley
University, a notable private college in Illinois. In
his tenure at Bradley he was President of his fraternity,
Delta Upsilon, Vice – President of Greek Council,
spent four years on Student Senate, and helped raise over
$60,000 for St. Jude’s Children Hospital.

BRYAN
SPITZER, DIRECTOR OF RESEARCH & WEBSITE/GRAPHIC DESIGN
- Bryan is an expert in collaborating with our entire team
to synthesize a wealth of information into a finished product
for Sellers and Buyers. The result is a format for presenting
our properties that sets our company apart from our competition-
in terms of product content and appeal. Sellers truly appreciate
how professionally their property is merchandised and buyers
find the information provided to be incredibly informative.
While overseeing all marketing activities and website design,
his abundant insight and creativity incorporating innovation
and tradition are a part of each and every assignment he
undertakes.

KARI
BALSAT, MARKETING MANAGER
In this role, Kari develops qualifications, proposals, and
production of presentation material for investment property
offerings. Her experience in both development and brokerage
provides her with a keen insight that broadens her command
of the market and the players that shape it. Kari's unique
talents enable her to bring a property to market from building
conception to coordination of product delivery with both
creativity and knowledge.

AMY
RONCHETTO, ASSOCIATE NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT -
Amy recently joined the 1031-NNN-Properties team and specializes
in creating and cultivating new relationships with the development
community. Amy works closely with company management and
its production brokers in fostering new business relationships.
She has a special ability to understand and anticipate the
needs of developers. Moreover, her real estate knowledge
and ability to identify opportunities "below the radar"
allows our company to bring the "freshest" property
to our customers well ahead of general market release.
