Chairman
Jeffrey Gitt's long and distinguished career has reached
into every corner of the real estate business. He is an industry
veteran with expertise in development, ownership, investment
sales, leasing, management, and tenant representation. He co-founded
Westwood Net Lease Advisors after spending more than 30 years
in commercial real estate. Recognizing a distinct need in
the marketplace, Jeffrey helped create a niche business to
pair buyers and sellers of investment properties across the
country. |

Steve Seligsohn
President
Steve Seligsohn is a 20-year veteran of the commercial real
estate business and has completed investment sales totaling
more than $400 million. As a co-founder of Westwood Net
Lease Advisors, Steve leads the company’s brokerage
sales force. Formerly a top executive and Principal of a
premier St. Louis full service real estate company, Steve
has worked with such major corporate and institutional clients
as AT&T, Washington University, Washington University
School of Medicine, The Equitable, Nations Bank Private Client
Group, and TIAA-CREF.

Steve focuses, together with his partners, on shaping the company
as the leading provider of triple-net investment property to
1000’s of high net worth individuals and multi-faceted
entities. Steve began his career as a CPA with an international
firm and brings his extensive knowledge of finance to each transaction.

Andrew Gitt
Chief Operating Officer
One of three co-founders of the company, Andrew Gitt brings 10
years of solid marketing, management, and real estate sales
experience to the Westwood Net Lease Advisors team. Andrew
is responsible for the oversight of company fiscal and general
operations. He is uniquely innovative and creative, which
ideally suits him to supervise the company's marketing and
public relations activities. A recognized expert in the
1031 and triple-net industry, Andrew will be sharing his
extensive knowledge by continuing to speak at conferences
throughout the U.S. and by writing articles for publications.
