Jeffrey’s long and distinguished career has reached into every corner of the real estate business. An industry veteran, he possesses expertise in development, ownership, investment sales, leasing, management, and tenant representation. With 30 years experience in commercial real estate brokerage, in 2001, he co-founded Westwood Net Lease Advisors. Recognizing a distinct marketplace need, Jeffrey has helped create a niche business that pairs nationwide buyers and sellers of triple-net investment properties. As a testament to Jeffrey’s vision, soon after its inception, Westwood Net Lease Advisors became one of the premier companies of its kind. As a top-producing Westwood broker, Jeffrey’s clients appreciate his honest and straightforward approach to doing business.
Steve Seligsohn
President
Steve Seligsohn is a twenty-year veteran of the commercial real estate business. He has completed investment sales totaling more than $400 million dollars. As a co-founder of Westwood Net Lease Advisors, he focuses on triple-net investments. Steve began his career as a certified public accountant with an international firm. As such, he brings extensive financial knowledge to each transaction. Throughout the course of his impressive professional tenure, Steve has brokered transactions with hundreds of individual, major corporate, and institutional clients, including AT&T, Washington University and its School of Medicine, The Equitable, Nations Bank, Private Client Group, and TIAA-CREF, the Teachers Annuity Pension Fund. Steve leads Westwood’s impressive cadre of Client Advisors and has been instrumental in shaping our brokerage into a leading real estate company.
Andrew Gitt
COO of Business Development
Andrew’s keen insight into the real estate business’s nuances and his innate ability to innovate has enabled much of Westwood Net Lease Advisors’ success. One of three company co-founders, he brings ten years of solid marketing and management experience to the Westwood team. Andrew is responsible for supervising both business development and public relations activities. His main focus lies in developing and coordinating our unique system to preserve our clients’ wealth through the use of triple-net investments. In 2006, Andrew will be maximizing Westwood’s present systems of product delivery to the triple-net and 1031 exchange investment public.
